Manufacturing of busy board parts - it's really not an easy process, because we spend a lot of time on the quality of our products. The first rule of our production is the safety of your baby, only ECO and quality materials. For manufacturing of our busy board details we use high quality plywood (Class Е-1) which is produced without the use of toxic glues and is approved for the manufacture of kids furniture and toys. We use such types of wood as: ash, beech, oak, birch. Any high-quality wood requires careful processing, because the final product will be for kids, so we need to polish wood very well! The next step is to paint busy board pieces, for painting we use Certified Water Based Paint which are safe for children and do not cause allergies. Each detail goes through several stages of processing: polishing→painting→drying, these stages must be repeated three times in order to get a quality part!
